Shipping Policy

Shipment

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and are made exclusively with DHL. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from the warehouse to the customer's address or to the delivery address specified by the customer. The dispatch takes place within 4 to 6 days.

 

In the course of preparing the shipment, you will receive a separate email from the shipping service provider involved with shipment tracking data. Please also check the SPAM folder of your e-mail inbox.

 

Shipping costs depend on the shipping company and are stored in the shop.

 

If you organize your own return transport at your own expense, the prices in our table may differ for other parcel service providers. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The buyer must immediately check the goods for damage and report them to the carrier before accepting them. If obvious damage is present and only noticed after acceptance, the buyer must notify us of this within a period of 5 days after acceptance. If the buyer fails to do this, the assertion of notices of defects for such obvious damage is excluded.
